
Esh Group companies each hold third party accreditation to a Quality Assurance Body as demanded by appropriate to their industry sector specialism. In addition, each company either holds or is working towards compliance with ISO 9001:2000.
Lumsden & Carroll Construction gained BS EN ISO 9002: 1994 accreditation in May 1996. The accreditation applies to all the construction works carried out by the company. In November 2003, we were awarded accreditation to ISO 9001:2000.
Through our Quality Management System, we establish quality procedures to deliver well managed and consistent services that allow us to meet our primary business objectives. These procedures are audited every six months, and are reviewed annually, as we strive for continual improvement in all that we do.
Our Quality Manager maintains results of all internal and external audits of the Company’s quality assurance procedures. All non conformances and corrective actions are recorded and maintained by the Quality Manager and these statistics, and their contributory factors, are analysed by the Quality Manager and the underlying trends are outlined to the Director of Technical & Customer Services.
All new starters, during induction to the company, are given specific training relating to our quality system and the procedures relevant to their specific area of work.
All employees are made fully aware of this policy, they are responsible for the quality of their work, and are committed to actively participate in the effective operation of the Quality Management System.
