As a Company that was founded in North East England, and which operates predominantly in the North East, we are very aware of the community in which we operate. We believe that our place in our community brings corporate responsibility and requires a special business focus that is beyond an outlook focused purely on commercial success. Every activity that we undertake has an effect on the community, both at local and regional level. In order to bring positive outcomes to the community through what we do, we consider the environmental, social and economic value of our activity on every project we undertake.
