Lumsden & Carroll Construction's new regional office was established in Leeds in July 2007.

This new venture is a natural progression of the growth of Lumsden & Carroll Construction into the Leeds area where it seeks to increase its profile. Lumsden & Carroll Construction is active in most markets across the Region and has worked in Yorkshire for many years with clients such as North Yorkshire County Council, the Environment Agency and Wimpey Yorkshire.

The new regional office is based at 3360 The Pentagon, Thorpe Park in Leeds, and has established further offices and support facilities, headed up by Managing Director, Chris Walker.

Since the opening of Lumsden & Carroll Construction’s regional office, the company has continued to grown in this new geographical area of operations, delivering a full range of construction across commercial building and civil engineering. 

Lumsden & Carroll Construction's regional office has undertaken numerous projects for clients in both the public and private sectors, including:
•    The refurbishment of levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Central Services Building at the University of Huddersfield
•    A Design & Build project for Hambleton District Council, which consisted of a BREAM rated ‘Very Good’ managed workspace.
•    A supermarket fit out for William Morrison Supermarkets Ltd.
