The companies that form I⁴NE are all local to the North East, and share common values and strategic objectives. They see their businesses under real threat from the larger national organisations which are increasingly taking local work from them, and sending the wealth generated out of the North East. This threat is a reality that must be recognised and addressed by all those who care about this Region, and its very future. If the North East is to be sustained through the protection and growth of its economic and social structure, other SMEs and regional organisations will hopefully support the initiative shown by the founders of I⁴NE, and follow their lead.
