Frameworks

We hold frameworks with major blue chip clients; Northumbrian Water Ltd, Yorkshire Water Ltd and the Environment Agency. Works within each of these frameworks vary dramatically but all demand high levels of customer relations through public interface.

We hold several frameworks with Northumbrian Water Ltd, which include:

  • Lot 02 Wastewater Networks Major Framework
    This framework requires the delivery of major asset upgrades, improvements and installation of new infrastructure including: Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO’s), sewer replacements, storage tanks and raising mains with schemes ranging in value from £100k to multi-million pound projects. 
  • Lot 04 Minor Works Wastewater Networks Framework
    Comprising of reactive and planned maintenance works (including 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency cover) of the waste water network.
  • Private to Public Drainage Framework
    This incorporates the change of law where previously private drainage is part of the Water Authorities asset register. Works include emergency and planned repair works.

Our Frameworks with Yorkshire Water Services Ltd comprise the reactive Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Framework as well as Private to Public Framework. Works comprise 24 hour 7 day a week reactive response to Yorkshire Water’s sewerage network in their North and East regions.  We also undertake Restoration of Service carried out by our in-house jetting fleet.

Our frameworks with the Environment Agency comprise Minor Works within the Northern Region, stretching from the Scottish Borders toSheffieldand comprise the provision of environmental improvements and flood relief works in both rivers and sea. Our projects often involve working within Sites of Specialist Scientific Interest (SSSI) European or National Conservation Sites and Specialist Areas of Conservation (SAC’s).
